ALL SAINTS LEATHER & CIGS

Evening guys, how are you all doing? I've decided having a little check in on the blog was needed tonight, you know, its being a while. Lockdown is easing here in the U.K and its nice to get back to a classic day to day, more importantly getting back to more of a routine and flow with work too. I say that however, I have literally spent the last week, 9-5 painting my car getting it all ready for the summer. So not really snowed under but I have a few sexy little projects in the pipeline. I've also been enjoying the sunshine, beer gardens and the odd restaurant this week alongside BBQ's and amazing street food, ahhh it feel so fucking good to be back doing things and seeing people enjoying themselves.

I hope you've all had a chance to enjoy yourselves too, getting back to tonight, I've decided to show you more images I shot for All Saints and American department store Nordstrom a few weeks ago. This was a big deal for me as I've loved All Saints for such a long time now, I mean, my first job when I left school was in All Saints and ever since then All Saints hold that special place in my fashion journey! I just hope I can work a little closer with the brand soon, fingers crossed ey!

I visited this bridge when I was in my temporary yet amazing lockdown getaway in Hexham a few months back and knew it would be an awesome place to shoot, I was just waiting for the right idea, then All Saints messaged! I knew I had to head back here as it acts as the perfect backdrop to the Milo Leather Biker Jacket & skinny, black cigs they gifted me. It reminded me of a mini Tyne Bridge, it just looks like a scaled down version, so cool and the perfect background to a shoot!

I love this biker, I do have quite the collection now but when you throw an All Saints leather over your shoulders, it's an effortless piece to wear and style up in an outfit. You don't really have to think about it, a classic black biker always looks super cool, worn simply with a classic Tonic Scoop and all the attention is focused on that sexy, black biker itself!

Cheers for reading and checking back,

ALL SAINTS COAT

Evening guys, I hope you've all had a sweet weekend! Tonight we're chatting about this very smart, subtle and clean cut All Saints coat I picked up ages ago, last summer in-fact in the end of season sale. I started to draft this blog a few weeks back and I originally wrote - 'I doubt you'd be able to find this piece anymore', however, since then All Saints are in the middle of an epic sale! Bringing a handful of pieces back from previous collections summer and winter 19/20, offering a huge 70% off in their outlet sale. Guess what, yeah you're right, this coat is back too!

I think I originally ordered this coat back in August/September, it was then put away for me as a gift till Christmas. Big tip right there, to pick up a bargain, always buy out of season. Who wants a coat in August? Me, it's the perfect time to buy! The previous sentence once again was written in my draft, saying that I'd normally stick by that rule, always buy out of season when the demand is low, to put the item away for later on in the year. However, with this coat being in the current sale, at an even better price than when I ordered (DAMN) now is an even better time to pick up a killer coat to add to your collection. You'll have to be quick though, as All Saints 70% outlet sale ends this evening at 12PM. Tense!

I've been checking in on this coat (plus the navy option) this week, sometimes visiting the page with all sizes sold out, every now and again though, finding sizes just appearing, so if you do like it, don't be disheartened if your size isn't there right now, maybe keep checking back, just incase you're lucky!

I just adore this coat, I've not had any clothing box fresh for a long time, I do prefer vintage as its a lot more unique, its always good shaking things up every now and again and order something new. This, like many All Saints coats is very stylised, angular, tailored and clean cut, its a style I find myself going back to time and again, it's just very smart, very classic and wearing something so new and clean, does give you a good feeling and I hope you agree when I say looks cool too.

I didn't look at the All Saints sale before writing this as I've mentioned but neither did I look before recording my YouTube this week either, you wouldn't think I've had my blog for over three years now! It's not my fault, I didn't check it out as I didn't want to buy anything else (he's trying to save over here!) I have however, added a few useful links to this weeks YouTube, but still worth a watch, as always! Click below to see a little more of the coat itself in detail, as well as catching up with all things or shall I say none of the things of living in lockdown.

Cheers for reading,

ROCK N' ROLL EYELET JEANS

I received these jeans from Tigha a few weeks back, these beauties are still on sale from last season, with only a few sizes left in stock and now have 30% off! These killer seventies style lace up jeans are well worth a chat feature across on my blog, as I know a lot of you will absolutely love them! I've been looking for a pair of jeans like this for years, so I was super lucky to grab one of the last pairs in my size from their website, when I collaborated with the brand a few weeks back.

I just love how these jeans look on, they really do make for a killer rock and roll look, the side lace up section is so damn cool and screams seventies rocker style. The metal ring eyelet's are such a sick detail, with the woven leather cord that runs through each one, in a criss-cross manner. These jeans also have the perfect silhouette, giving a sweet fit and super comfortable feel.

The jeans are pretty weighty, a little heavier to wear than your normal skinnies, all that metal & cord really adds up, however once you get them on, you wouldn't know the difference. The denim is also pretty thick, this added extra weight confirms the quality of this pair of killer lace ups, and they feel like the real deal. I'm also a big fan of this more urban location I decided to shoot the jeans at, this isn't my normal go to shoot backdrop, but I think it's worked pretty well!

I actually got up at 6AM to shoot this, firstly because heading out so early, you don't come into contact or see anyone at all - lockdown problems! Secondly, it's now super light so early in the morning, meaning once again my sleeping pattern has changed, another lockdown problem, but we're all trying to make the best of it right? So with that in mind, I thought why not get out there and shoot at this location, as I've been wanting to feature it for months!

Now let's talk a little about the top part of this outfit, I actually totally forgot I had this black leather waistcoat, it was a nice surprise to find it again and something I thought looked pretty sweet paired with this outfit. I also threw on a white deep V-neck underneath with the usual, classic accessories, plus a tiger print scarf for a hit of animal print!

I said across on my YouTube last week that I was going to feature my painted leather this week, but sadly I haven't gotten around to  taking the photographs just yet, but believe me, it will be on here very soon. I hope you guys are keeping busy and I super appreciate you checking in, as always, stay safe, stay sweet x.
