FLORAL PRINT

I'm off in the sun again, in a little less than three weeks! So I've been on the hunt for some classic floral print shirts. Safe to say I've found some killer ones, I came across these three shirts in Zara and I love them all! The floral print shirt in my personal opinion is a holiday essential. All three of the shirts I'm about to show come in at £25.99- a total STEAL!

This shirt looked bloody awesome online, it features in Zara's Summer campaign and is shot in black & white in their online lookbook. This shoot alone made me want to buy the shirt. I can now tell you it looks as sweet in real life! It's a long sleeve monotone shirt, a lot cooler than your classic colourful Hawaiian shirt! This shirt does feature the cliche Hawaiian hibiscus flower, but in b&w it looks WAY better! The pattern featured on the shirt is also used upon swim shorts and a jacket, so if you're a fan of the pattern, you've got a few choices in what item to rock!

This, however, is the shirt I have decided to take away with me. My solid personal favourite of the bunch. Technically this shirt isn't a floral number, but instead, is adorned with leaves (pretty close). I love this shirt as the background the red fauna is printed on isn't white, it's more of a pale blue/light grey. This compliments the red well and in my opinion, makes this shirt. I purchased all of the shirts in this post in a size small. This shirt, however, has a relaxed fit so is slightly bigger than standard. It has a flat open collar and makes for the perfect shirt for any warm summers night away.

This is the shirt I was torn between, the shirt battling for the top spot. This particular shirt just screams summer, with its burnt orange colour and brown henna like floral design. It has such a cool laid back vibe to it. This shirt is made of viscose, unfortunately, like so many high street viscose shirts, the print sadly doesn't feature on the inside, game changer. That's why it's at number 2. Don't get me wrong, I still really like this 70's inspired bowling shirt, it has a similar open collar to the one above, and would still look killer on holiday.

You can also check my YouTube video out here, it's me talking through the shirts featured on this blog in more detail. Here's the shirt I was debating on buying from River Island, what do you think? Is pink too risky, or do you think it's a go? Click here to view the river island shirt.
