If you didn't already know, Phix is the company I'm now working for in Manchester. If I could position myself in any up and coming male fashion company, Phix would be top of the list! I count myself very lucky to bag a job with this super cool, rock 'n' roll brand. Last week we shot some of the new SS18 shirt collection, I thought I'd take the opportunity to give you all a sneak peak of what's to expect in the new collection in today's post.
The shots we took in the back streets of the NQ always look the coolest in my opinion! I love the architecture and the old industrial premises in the city, it gives the photographs such a cool, old-school look. I was filming videos, styling and taking shots of the new garments, plus starring in some of the photographs myself.
The two shirts I'm wearing are my favourites from the day, however, after looking at the photographs we all felt these two shirts needed a little something else. We all sat down and decided on the perfect finishing flourish to this crushed velvet number. Sadly, at this precise moment in time, I can't tell you what that finishing touch is! Make sure you keep an eye out for these two shirts coming soon, as I know you'll bloody love it when you see them!
Here are a few more shirts that were released online on Friday, not so much my style, however, I can appreciate a good shirt when I see it. Ben is sporting a cotton based shirt in a killer gold paisley print. The second, a premium velvet shirt with a 60's inspired print worn by Charlie. My favourite velvet shirt Phix produce is, of course, this leopard print shirt below!
